Latest news – 2026 pay offer settled

UNISON and other unions representing council and school staff have written to the employers reluctantly accepting the 3.3% offer. Individual employers have been asked to implement the uplift with pay backdated to 1 Apr as soon as possible. We now want to focus on getting the 2027 pay claim in as soon as possible.
